I have wanted to understand and help people since I was young. What drives them, why they do the things they do, what their needs are. That is what sent me into psychology, and then into every book I could find.
I did find new ways of thinking, of communicating, of being with people. But despite the self growth I had experienced, I still kept landing in the same patterns.
What changed was learning how much was already happening before my thinking brain came online. How physiological responses and the beliefs sitting underneath them are tied together. That breathwork and yoga were not side activities, they were how a nervous system gets told it is safe often enough to believe it.
My own word for that is integration. Not more insight stacked on top of what I already understood, but the understanding and the body finally arriving in the same place at the same time.
Somatic work changed my life, and I do this because I want other people to experience that shift as well. For some it looks like peace, or freedom, or more love. For others it is finally knowing what their time and energy are worth, and letting go of what was taking both and giving nothing back.
Whatever pattern you keep repeating, or whatever roadblock you cannot seem to get around, I would love to help you find the tools and the insight to see real change in your mind and your body.
